Clinical Supervision
I am an experienced LPC-S with a strong background in clinical oversight, ethical compliance, and crisis intervention. I provide structured supervision – individual and group – to support interns and residents pursuing LPC licensure in Virginia, as well as CSAC/CSAC-A supervision requirements.
Supervision focuses on clinical growth through case consultation, skills development, documentation and treatment planning, performance feedback, and alignment with Virginia board regulations. My approach is supportive, direct, and developmentally informed, designed to strengthen your confidence and competence as a clinician.
